Talk - What is Stress?
Mary will talk on what stress is and how it affects us physically. The use of tapping and mindfulness as self-care strategies to reduce stress, discussing the physiological effects of stress.
Kimber Bowers: 11:20am
Kimber is a Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner, Professional Speaker and Author, empowering others to build resiliency through embracing the growth opportunity in life's challenges. Kimber is a Certified Coach, Reiki Master, and Certified Mind-Body Practitioner holding a degree in Mind-Body Psychology and a 6-time Amazon Best-Selling Author in the categories of Stress, Grief and Loss, and Personal Development.
Talk- 3 Shifts to Building Resilience
Kimber will explain 3 mindset shifts preparing you to handle life's stressors with ease, along with practical tools to help you integrate them in the day to day.
Susan Korsnick 11:40am
Susan is an artist, educator, certified Creatively Fit coach, and certified Journey of Young Women coach. Through her own personal experience, she learned that total wellness begins with Self-Love. Through intuitive, mindful, and creative practices, she guides women back to their Divine selves in both group events and 1-on-1 coaching.
Talk – Creativity as stress relief
Susan will explore how we all have stress, anxiety, and fear but through exploring our own creativity, we have the power to Come Home to Our Selves.
Rebecca Johnston: 12:00pm
Rebecca is a holistic health coach with certifications from Institute of Integrative Nutrition and IWHI (Integrative Women’s Health Institute) and degree in psychology.
Talk - Stress Busters: 20 Stress Busting Tips
Rebecca will give practical tips for implementing stress relief in a stressful world. She has hand outs to disperse as take away tip sheets for those present and will talk briefly about each of these tips.
John Stewart: 12:20pm
John is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and owner of Lancaster Hypnotherapy.
Talk - The most common stressors in life.
John will discuss that stress is a necessary emotional reaction in life. And that while we can't always remove or regulate the external stressors we CAN and DO have control internally over how each of us choose to react. Finale: a 5-7-minute relaxing hypnosis demo to the group.
